हर एक राज्य ,जिला का अपना पुलिस थाने का जज होता है यदि पुलिस स्पीड पोस्ट से भेजी गयी शिकायत [कम्प्लेन] और डिजिटल तरीके से जैसे ई -मेल आदि से भी शिकायत की सुचना देने पर कोई कार्यवाही ना करे तो सीधा आप मजिस्ट्रेट के पास भी सेक्शन 156 {3 }अनुसार केस पर सख्त इन्वेस्टीगेट और न्याय की जल्द मांग कर सकते है
